Personal data we process

When you fill in the contact form we process your name, email address, optionally your phone number and company name, the topic you choose and your message. Technically, your IP address and browser information are also transmitted.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies or scripts. Only one functional cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) is stored to remember your language preference.

Purpose and legal basis

Your data is processed to reply to your request, prepare quotes and provide technical support. The legal basis is your explicit consent (the form checkbox) and the necessity of processing to handle your request.

Transfers

Your form message is sent to our company by email through the form infrastructure provider Web3Forms, so your data may be processed on servers abroad. The site is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure. Your data is not shared with other third parties.

Retention

Your messages are kept for as long as needed to resolve your request and as required by legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn its purpose, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request deletion or destruction, object to processing, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
